Welcome to Socialism, America. What a turn around? I am amazed to see how fast things change here. And how fast we discard something or someone if we don’t like it, be it computer or someone. Do you see a pattern here? Let’s have some humor added to it. We are ready to dump our neighbor next moment, if an opportunity can bring another good.

Let’s talk about Obama “HOPE.”  We had all hoped that he would bring a fundamental change to Washington D.C., thus we all young people decided to send him. Thus our “Hope” of seeing change in D.C was becoming real. We did a pretty good job! We patted on our back. 

Barrack Obama delivered his speech, world watched and we were awed. Our hope of new change in the history was coming to reality. Now we have a black and youngest president. We felt pride and honored.

A year later, our illusions are breaking down. No one can change Washington D.C and the way it works. It was only a promised and promised are meant to broken. Promised such as education, health care, economic overhaul, uplift of downtrodden and better futures were broken down within a year.

Let’s look at basic need of human: education, a secure society, foods and freedom. We didn’t get any thing fixed in one year. We didn’t expect anything from Obama in one year but we expected him to work on these things. And we don’t see any in that direction. 

We are still losing jobs, our economy is still getting worse, people are dying because of lack of health care, market reform is not there, we are not seeing new industry being setup nor do we see any sign of “HOPE” any more.
